Uganda’s National Values include; Pan Africanism, Democracy, Nationalism, Patriotism, Economic development among others”. She added.
According to the organizers, the training will boost the Forces’ understanding of how individual Count ries, Regions and the World are governed, plus knowing the geopolitics and National threats facing Uganda.

Over 70 Constables are attending this week’s course and a total of 250 Political commissars (PCs) are to be passed out by the end of April 2018. Political Education is one of the most important factors that has enabled the current members of the Defence Forces (UPDF, UPF and UPS) steer clear from acts of violence and extra judicial killings as opposed to the previous government forces.
The training was attended by the Commander of Special Forces Command, Brig. Don Nabasa, and the Director of Civil Military Coordination (CIMIC) SFC, Maj. Mulema, and the PPG Political Commissar ASP Mateso.
